Shipping Process
We offer shipping all over India using Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC couriers.
For all B2C personal orders, a flat shipping fee of INR 300 per parcel is charged, as mentioned in the Pricing Calculator and Order Form.

Return & Exchange Policy
Because all of our products are imports from the USA, we have certain guidelines for refunds, due to customs duty, international shipping, and handling — while providing you with the best service possible.
Return and Refund Policy
- In the event you receive the wrong item, you must contact us immediately within 2 days of receipt.
- In case the box is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the courier parcel.
- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24 to 72 hours. We will ask you to send product pictures and will arrange FREE Reverse Pickup for return.
- Upon receipt of the item, we will provide you with a replacement or immediate refund.
- The item must be unused and in new condition with all original packaging to be considered for a full 100% refund.
