Spray the oil to the bottom of your feet and legs before going to sleep. 
You may experience itchiness after initial use. This is normal and is due to low magnesium levels or salt residue.
The itchiness & salt residue can be avoided by rinsing the oil off after 20 minutes.
For those with sensitive skin, the 50/50 dilution with water is recommended.
